Colefax Group Plc. (CFX.L), a manufacturer of furnishing fabrics, on Friday said its Fabric division outperformed expectations since January, helped by strong US sales, and issued a profit forecast for the full year.
On the LSE, shares of Colefax were gaining 8.42 percent, trading at 1,333.60 pence.
Like-for-like sales for the three months ended April 30 rose 7.0 percent year-over-year.
The company expects full-year profit before tax of at least 10.5 million pounds after trading in its core Fabric Division beat expectations.
