Titan Company Limited (500114) on Friday reported higher profit and revenue for the fourth quarter.
Consolidated profit before tax increased to INR 1,577 crore from INR 1,218 crore a year earlier.
Consolidated net profit climbed to INR 1,179 crore from INR 871 crore last year.
Standalone net profit rose to INR 1,124 crore or INR 12.65 per share from INR 870 crore or INR 9.80 per share last year.
Revenue from operations increased to INR 23,934 crore from INR 13,477 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Consolidated total income was INR 20,300 core, 46% up year on year.
Standalone total income rose to INR 24,086 crore from INR 13,594 crore a year earlier.
The board recommended a dividend of INR 15 per share.
