Lizzo has said she will continue fighting the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by three former backup dancers, claiming "the truth is less salacious than the headlines."

The 4-time Grammy winner plans to reveal her truth on her forthcoming third studio album, B*tch.

Lizzo was a guest on CBS Mornings and spoke to anchor Gayle King about being sued by three of her former backup dancers in 2023. Dancers Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez claimed that they were victims of sexual harassment, fat-shaming and a hostile work environment.

"I think most people would. I think it is an easy out, but I'm fighting the case because I know that it's not true," Lizzo said when asked about reaching a settlement with her accusers. "Just like the fat shaming one is not true."

"It's an ongoing case so I can't talk about all the details but I cannot wait for it to be dismissed," she added. "I'm looking forward to it."
