Swiss Market Ends Marginally Up

After a weak start and a subsequent recovery Tuesday morning, the Swiss stock market moved along the flat line till the end of the day's session, as investors assessed the situation in the Middle East and its impact on global economic growth.

The benchmark SMI, which dropped to 13,101.33 in early trades, climbed to a high of 13,140.01 around mid-afternoon before settling at 13,119.53, gaining 18.20 points or 0.14%.
