Kacey Musgraves' new album Middle of Nowhere has debuted atop three Billboard charts and landed in the top 10 across seven rankings dated May 16.
The singer-songwriter's sixth studio album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Album Sales, Vinyl Albums, and Indie Store Album Sales charts. It also opened at No. 2 on Top Country Albums and Americana/Folk Albums, No. 3 on the all-genre Billboard 200, and No. 10 on Top Streaming Albums.
The album bows with 100,000 equivalent album units earned in the United States in the week ending May 7, marking Musgraves' best week ever by units.
Middle of Nowhere is Musgrave's sixth studio album and was announced in early March. The project features collaborations with Gregory Alan Isakov, Miranda Lambert, Willie Nelson and Billy Strings. It was released on May 1, 2026, through Lost Highway Records.
