The Who's Roger Daltrey has announced a string of new solo U.S. dates.
The solo tour, dubbed A Great Night Out!, will kick off on August 23 at the Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, Arizona, and continue through September. The run includes a rare performance by Daltrey at New York City's Town Hall on September 27 before wrapping up September 29 at the Chevalier Theatre in Medford, Massachusetts.
"After finishing The Who's final tour of the US, it's time for me as a solo artist to possibly do the same," Daltrey said in a press release. "I'll be off the backing tracks and always searching for different soundscapes to present the songs. It's a lot of fun and gives me the chance to have a Great Night Out."
Tickets for Daltrey's A Great Night Out! are on sale now via Ticketmaster.

In Europe, GDP data was in focus, while inflation data from China dominated the news flow in Asia.
