Pro Medicus Ltd. (PME.AX), an Australian health imaging company, Monday said that its wholly-owned U.S subsidiary, Visage Imaging Inc., has signed a seven-year contract with Boston-based health system Beth Israel Lahey Health, worth A$90 million.
As per the terms of the transaction, Pro Medicus's cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging platform, which includes Visage 7 Viewer, Visage 7 Workflow, and Visage 7 Open Archive, will be implemented through Beth Israel Lahey Health. This will offer customers a complete diagnostic imaging platform, Pro Medicus said in an official statement.
The company said that plans are underway for the rollout to begin as soon as possible and will mostly be implemented in the first quarter of fiscal 2027.
On the ASX, PME.AX is up 2.6 percent on Monday's trading at A$125.26.
