Abrdn European Logistics Divests Ede Warehouse In Netherlands For EUR 23.5 Mln

Abrdn European Logistics Income Plc (ASLI.L), a British real estate investment trust, said on Monday that it has completed the sale of its warehouse in Ede, Netherlands, as part of its shareholder-approved wind-down process.

The company said that the 39,569 square metre freehold warehouse, which is leased to AS Watson Property Continental Europe B.V. until July 31, 2033, was sold for a sum of 23.5 million euros. This sale price is 2.9 percent lower than the property's valuation as of December 31, 2025.

Under the sale agreement, the company said that it will carry out certain climate-related improvement works costing up to 0.5 million pounds. The same amount will be kept in escrow until the works are completed, Abrdn European Logistics added.

On the LSE, ASLI.L is currently up 1.7 percent on Monday at 18.00 pence.
