Onto Innovation Stock Falls 3% On Pricing Of $1.3 Bln Offering Of Convertible Senior Notes

Stock of Onto Innovation Inc. (ONTO) is falling around 3 percent on Tuesday morning after the company announced the pricing of its private offering of $1.3 billion aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2031.

The company's stock is currently trading at $244.54, down 3.93 percent or $9.99, over the previous close of $254.53 on the New York Stock Exchange. It has traded between $89.40 and $316.00 in the past one year.
