Malaysia Bourse May Test Support At 1,700 Points

The Malaysia stock market has moved lower in five straight sessions, slipping almost 25 points or 1.4 percent in that span. The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index now sits just above the 1,725-point plateau and it's looking at another soft start on Wednesday.

The global forecast for the Asian markets is weak on continued concerns over the conflict in the Middle East and on the outlook got interest rates. The European markets were mixed and the U.S. bourses were down and the Asian markets figure to follow the latter lead.
