Legal and professional services business Knights Group (KGH.L) Wednesday announced a 28 percent increase in full year revenue, compared to the prior year. For the second half, the company reported double digit organic growth in line with its expectation for its full year. The result for the year will be published on July 6, 2026.
Knights reported full year revenue of 207 million pounds, compared to 162 million pounds last year.
Underlying EBITDA is expected to increase 19 percent to 51 million pounds from 43 million pounds in the previous year.
The Group expects net debt to be 65.4 million pounds at year end, up from 64.8 million pounds last year.
nights completed the acquisition of Birkett Long LLP and Birkett Long IFA LLP in June 2025 and Rix & Kay LLP in August 2025, further strengthening its presence in the South East. These and prior year acquisitions have all performed well.
The Group is actively assessing acquisition opportunities and announced discussions with Moore Barlow LLP.
