Skid Row co-founder and bassist Rachel Bolan has released his new single and video for "Memory" through earMUSIC.
The video for "Memory" was directed by Dale "Rage" Resteghini.
"Memory" is the third single from Bolan's debut solo album, Gargoyle of the Garden State, which is set to drop on June 12.
The track leans into a more introspective mood, balancing strong melodies with direct, heartfelt lyrics. It reveals a new side of the album and sparks anticipation for what's still to come.
"Memory" features Bolan on Vocals, bass and guitar, Damon Johnson on lead guitar, Rob Hammersmith on drums and Matt Farley on backing vocals.
After four decades as a driving force behind Skid Row, Bolan steps forward with his first solo album under the name Bolan. Gargoyle of the Garden State is a bold, deeply personal debut rooted in the grit, attitude, and storytelling spirit of his New Jersey upbringing.
"Gargoyle of the Garden State is not a project, it is every bit of my soul," says Bolan. "Like me, it knows when to be serious and also knows where the party is."
The record delivers several standout moments, including a surprising cover of Oasis' "Rock And Roll Star," reimagined through Bolan's distinctive lens.
