Tuesday, Conduit Holdings Limited (CRE.L) shared additional details of the previously announced share buyback program of up to $50 million.
The company has appointed Panmure Liberum Limited to execute and manage independently repurchases of up to $50 million of common shares of $0.01 each.
With this program, which will be funded with the existing cash balance, the company intends to return additional capital to shareholders, in line with Conduit Holdings' capital management strategy.
Conduit's stock is currently trading at 463.50 pence, down 2.32 percent on the London Stock Exchange.
