Victoria's Secret & Co Stock Falls 7% Despite Proxy Advisors Backing Board Nominees

Shares of Victoria's Secret & Co (VSXY) are dropping around 7 percent in Wednesday morning trading after the company announced that all three independent proxy advisors has recommended the shareholders to vote "FOR" all nine of the company's director nominees, including Independent Chair Donna James, on the WHITE proxy card.

The company's stock is currently trading at $74.01, down 7.56 percent or $6.05, over the previous close of $79.86 on the New York Stock Exchange. It has traded between $17.53 and $81.28 in the past one year.
