Image Scan Holdings Plc (IGE.L), a portable X-ray security systems manufacturer, Friday said that it has secured a contract with a European government defence organisation after a highly competitive international tender process.
Under the agreement, the company said that it will supply 25 units of its ThreatScan portable X-ray systems for use in Explosive Ordnance Disposal operations.
Revenue recognition will be determined by delivery schedules and customer acceptance milestones, with the majority of contract revenues expected to be recognised during the current financial period, Image Scan Holdings added.
On the LSE, IGE.L is currently trading up 16.0 percent at 2.0400 pence.
