American Battery Technology Stock Climbs 32% After Winning Appeal With US Department Of Energy

Shares of American Battery Technology Company (ABAT) are rising about 32 percent on Monday morning after the company announced it has won its appeal with the U.S. Department of Energy for the reinstatement of its competitive grant award.

The company's stock is trading at $4.1050, up 32.37 percent on the Nasdaq. After opening at $4.0050, the shares climbed to an intraday high of $4.23. Over the last year, the stock has fluctuated within a 52-week range of $1.2 to $11.49.
