NCC Group H1 Adj. Profit Rises

NCC Group plc (NCC.L) reported a first half loss before tax from continuing operations of 6.4 million pounds compared to profit of 1.9 million pounds, prior year. Loss per share from continuing operations was 2.1 pence compared to profit of 1.4 pence. Adjusted EPS was 4.5 pence compared to 2.1 pence. Excluding Fox Crypto, adjusted EBITDA increased to 23.5 million pounds from 18.4 million pounds. Excluding Fox Crypto, adjusted EPS was 4.5 pence compared to 1.4 pence.

For the period ended 31 March 2026, revenue from continuing operations declined to 118.4 million pounds from 123.5 million pounds, last year. Excluding Fox Crypto, group revenue on a constant currency basis increased by 5.0% to 151.3 million pounds.

For fiscal 2026, Group adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in line with the Board's expectations and is anticipated to grow faster than revenue.

At last close, shares of NCC Group were trading at 141.18 pence, down 0.011%.
