Team Internet Group Says FY26 Year-to-Date Trading In Line With Expectations

Team Internet Group Plc (TIG.L) said in its latest trading update that its earnings performance year-to-date in fiscal 2026 remains in line with expectations. For the five months ended May 31, 2026, the company reported gross revenue of $148 million, net revenue of $50 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $16 million.

The internet services and advertising company said that the profitability of the Search segment is improving and Domains, Identity & Software ("DIS") and Comparison are showing good progress in fiscal 2026.

The company said that the financial results for fiscal 2025 are consistent with the trading update given on March 16, 2026, and are in line with or above analyst expectations. Gross revenue was $481.9 million, while net revenue reached $136.2 million, Team Internet Group said in an official statement.

According to the company, Adjusted EBITDA totaled $42.7 million. Operating loss came in at $49.9 million, reflecting impairment charges of $41.7 million, primarily related to the Search segment. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were 9.18 cents in fiscal 2025.

Team Internet Group said that it will publish its audited annual report for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, during the week ending June 26.

On the LSE, TIG.L ended Friday's trading at 39.50 pence, up 16.2 percent.
