Monday, SThree plc (STEM.L) announced the decision to extend James Bilefield's tenure as Chair for seven months, until April 2027.
The decision comes as the Nomination Committee recommended to the Board a short, time-bound extension for James to remain as Chair until the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting in April 2027.
The extension allows James, as Chair of the Nomination Committee, to conclude the search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer, before the Nomination Committee turns its focus to Chair succession.
Currently, Sthree's stock is trading at 167.60 pence, down 1.87 percent on the London Stock Exchange.
