Somec S.p.A. (AW0.F) on Tuesday said its Horizons division, which designs engineered systems for naval architecture and civil façades, has signed contracts worth €60 million with a leading Finnish shipyard.
The order covers the turnkey supply of integrated glazing systems for three new cruise vessels, which will be delivered to a major international cruise operator.
The project includes the supply of a full balcony system, windows with vertical motorised opening under Somec's patented Infinity Cabins design, glazing for the high forward decks, and glass structures for various public areas.
Work is scheduled to run from 2027 to 2031, with revenue recognition spread across the project timeline.
Somec said the contract adds to recent orders of €38 million announced on May 7, and €56 million announced on May 19, 2026.
