(AMKR) are climbing about 10 percent in Tuesday morning trading after the company announced a 10-year agreement with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM) to enhance advanced semiconductor packaging capabilities in Arizona, strengthen and accelerate investment in the U.S. semiconductor supply chain ecosystem.
The company's shares are currently trading at $93.79 on the Nasdaq, gaining 9.78 percent in the latest session. The stock opened at $86.21 and touched an intraday high of $95.36. Over the past 12 months, the shares have traded between $19.79 and $95.36.
