Shares of Centrus Energy Corp. (LEU) are climbing about 11 percent in Thursday morning trading after it signed a Letter of Intent with Oklo Inc. (OKLO) under which the company will supply enough domestic high-assay low-enriched uranium to power up to five Aurora powerhouses for multiple years.
The company's shares are currently trading at $189.55 on the New York Stock Exchange, gaining 11.15 percent in the latest session. The stock opened at $181.51 and touched an intraday high of $184.66. Over the past 12 months, the shares have traded between $144.65 and $464.25.
