GlobalData Plc (DATA.L) Wednesday said that its newly appointed Chief Financial Officer or CFO Robert Kingston, will join the company on September 7, 2026. He will work alongside current CFO Graham Lilley to ensure a smooth transition before Lilley steps down as CFO and board member on September 30.
Kingston will formally assume the role of CFO and join the Board on the same date, the company said in an official statement.
The British data analytics and consulting company said that Kingston joins GlobalData from Keywords Studios, where he served as CFO. Before that, he spent 25 years at Sky Plc in senior finance and operational roles.
On the LSE, DATA.L is currently trading down 0.94 percent on Wednesday at 77.67 pence.
