Unicycive Therapeutics Stock Tanks 46% After Receiving CRL From FDA About Oxylanthanum Carbonate

Shares of Unicycive Therapeutics, Inc. (UNCY) are falling about 46 percent in Tuesday morning trading after the company announced that it has received a Complete Response Letter or CRL from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding the resubmitted New Drug Application for oxylanthanum carbonate for the treatment of hyperphosphatemia in patients with chronic kidney disease on dialysis.

The company's stock is currently trading at $4.1050, down 46.69 percent or $3.5950, from the previous close of $7.70 on the Nasdaq. It has traded between $3.71 and $8.74 in the past one year.
