Sonic Automotive, Inc. (SAH) announced financial results for the second quarter, reporting a net income of $57.4 million, or $1.79 a share, compared with a net loss of $45.6 million, or $1.34 a share, in the previous year.
Adjusted net income for the quarter declined 23 percent, to $58.3 million, or $1.82 a share, from $76.2 million, or $2.19 a share, in 2025.
Total revenues stood at $3,934.0 million, up from last year's $3,657.2 million.
In the pre-market hours, SAH is trading at $106.32, down 5.97 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
