Ditech Networks Names Todd Simpson As President And CEO - Update

Monday, Ditech Networks, Inc. (DITC), a global supplier of voice processing equipment for telecommunication networks, named Todd Simpson as President and Chief Executive Officer, effectively immediately.

The Mountain View, California headquartered company said Simpson came to Ditech through its acquisition of Jasomi Networks, a provider of VoIP session border controllers. Simpson served as President and CEO of Jasomi, establishing the corporation as a thought leader in the industry during his time there. Prior to Jasomi, Todd was CTO of Zi Corporation and founded several successful Canadian high-tech firms. Todd holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has obtained several patents.

DITC closed Monday's regular trading session at $5.26.
