AT&T Inc. (T) on Thursday revealed the retirement of Stan Sigman as president and chief executive officer of AT&T Mobility. Ralph de la Vega, group president-Regional Telecom & Entertainment, was named president and chief executive officer of AT&T Mobility, replacing Sigman, effective immediately.In addition, the company stated that John Stankey, AT&T group president-Operations Support, would add the company's regional telecom operations to his current responsibilities. Stankey's appointment to group president-Telecom Operations is effective immediately.
