(ATPL) announced its board of directors' determination to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market.On this regard, the company said it intends to file a Form 25, Notification of Removal from Listing and/or Registration, with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about March 17, 2008.The company added that it intends to file a Form 15 with the SEC to voluntarily deregister its Class A Common Stock on March 27, 2008, the expected effective date of the delisting.Following the delisting, the company said it anticipates its shares to be quoted on the Pink Sheets LLC Electronic Quotation Service.
