Tonbridge Power Inc. (TBZ.V), a Toronto-based developer of electrical transmission assets, announced that Robert Fung has stepped down as chair and a director, effective immediately, citing personal reasons unrelated to the company.
Tonbridge Power noted that Fung advised that he expects to be in a position to return soon once his circumstances resolve. The company said it will carry on consulting with, and receiving advice from Fung from time to time during his absence and looks forward to his possible return.
In the meantime, Tonbridge Power elected Johan van 't Hof, the current chief executive officer, as interim Chair.
