Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (SA.V) announced that it has appointed David Stone to its Board of Directors.
Stone is a mining engineer with over 25 years of consulting experience in the metal mining industry. Stone is also President, CEO and a Director of Boss Power Corp since September 2007. Stone is also a Director of ATW Ventures Corp. since December 2007, and a Director of Skeena Resources Limited since July 2008.
In connection with his appointment to the Board, Stone was granted 250 thousand stock options exercisable at C$0.30 for a term of five years.
The Company also announced the resignation of Doug Leishman as director.
