Spectris plc (SXS.L) said it completed the acquisition of nCode International from CIP Industries through its subsidiary company HBM. The company noted that initial purchase consideration of GBP17.5 million will be financed from its existing cash resources and an additional consideration of up to GBP4 million will be paid depending on nCode's performance.
