North American Palladium Ltd. (PAL,PDL.TO) on Monday said it appointed William Biggar as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer effective October 1, 2008. Biggar would also join the company's Board of Directors.
The company added that James Excell, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2006, would step down on October 1, 2008.
