DCD Media Plc (DCD.L) said it has received commissions from BBC1 to make a strand of factual entertainment films. The commissions are valued at approximately GBP 0.8 million to DCD.
The commissions are Tourettes revisits John Davidson and Greg Storey 12 years on from the award winning BBC One documentary 'The Boy Can't Help It'.
Fix My Fat Head follows Hannah Jones, a 36 year old journalist who, at 21 stone, is clinically obese. Rock and Roll Hotel - Mark Fuller, night club owner, entrepreneur and host to the stars is on his biggest mission yet. And finally a strand of films for The One Show, BBC1's highly successful magazine format.
The programmes are being produced by DCD subsidiary Prospect Wales, part of Prospect Pictures and are executive produced by BAFTA winner Todd Austin.
