Treevil Holdings Ltd., an affiliate of Skyberry, said Friday it entered into an agreement with Polaris Geothermal Inc. (GEO.TO) to acquire approximately US$4.8 million of units of Polaris, at a price of C$0.45 per unit.
Each Unit will consist of one voting, convertible, redeemable preferred share of a class to be created and one Class A common share purchase warrant.
