Omnitech Infosolutions said that it inked a multi-year contract with Europe and U.S. companies to provide remote infrastructure management services and Virtual CIO offerings respectively. The deal is valued at about Rs.25 crore.
The company signed a contract with European firm -IT Factory to remotely support IT Factory's management functions and IT maintenance. The company would act as a one-stop shop for all IT requirements of IT Factory, ensuring 24X7 holistic approach to tackle problems arising any where on the globe for IT Factory and its customers.
It also inked a contract with U.S.-based Astonfield Renewable Resources headquartered in both New York and Mumbai, to offer the concept of Virtual CIO. As a Virtual CIO, the company would act as consulting the firm right from IT planning stage to measuring goals and providing a mechanism to measure and monitor improvement.
