Tyler Technologies, Inc. (TYL) announced the acquisition of Assessment Evaluation Services, Inc. of San Diego, California.
Commenting on the deal, Andrew Teed, president of Tyler's Appraisal & Tax Solutions said, "I believe this acquisition will prove to be a mutually beneficial venture for both AES and Tyler. Tyler will be able to leverage our resources to provide support to AES's product line as well as take the opportunity to expand our business in California."
Assessment Evaluation Services develops integrated property appraisal solutions and specializes in applications that deal with the unique provisions of the California Revenue and Taxation Code.
