Bridgepoint Education Inc. has priced its initial public offering at $10.50 per share, according to several media reports. This pricing represents a significant decline from $14 to $16 per share the company expected to price recently.
Bridgepoint Education, a provider of postsecondary education services, begins trading April 15 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BPI.
