Wednesday, Darden Restaurants Inc. (DRI) said Dan Lyons its senior vice president of human resources elected to retire from the company effective December 31. He will be succeeded by Daisy Ng on June 1 and remain in a transition support role for the balance of the calendar year.
In the new role, Ng will report directly to Otis and become a member of Darden's Executive Team. She joined the company in October 2005 as senior vice president of talent management and has led a multi-year strategy to design systems and tools.
