Navistar CFO passes away - quick facts

Navistar International Corp. (NAV) said that its chief financial officer, Terry Endsley, has passed away on Tuesday after a brief, but difficult battle with cancer.

The company said that A.J. Cederoth will continue handling day-to-day financial and accounting responsibilities, a role he has been fulfilling since the beginning of the year.

Endsley joined Navistar in 1977 and served in a variety of finance positions, including director of pension and investment and assistant treasurer. He had served as executive vice president and chief financial officer and a member of the company's board since June 2008.
