Swift Energy Co. (SFY) announced that Clyde Smith, Jr., Terry Swift and Charles Swindells were re-elected to serve three-year terms on its Board.
Additional proposals also approved by Swift Energy shareholders at the meeting were amending the Swift Energy Company 2005 Stock Compensation Plan to increase the number of shares of the Company's common stock available for awards under the plan and ratifying Ernst & Young, LLP as Swift Energy's independent auditor.
