Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., the ranking Republican on the panel, said the long-term economic policies put forward by the president were unsustainable."Blame doesn't do us any good," Gregg said. "Let's talk about solutions."He added, "Unfortunately this budget, as it's presented, is filled with small ideas and smaller actions...We can no longer afford to play small ball on this issue."
