Rock n' roll pioneer Little Richard came into the world on December 5, 1932. Born Richard Wayne Penniman, the singer grew up in Macon, Georgia, and began performing in his teens, his youth earning him his "Little Richard" nickname.In the 1950s, he created some of the seminal records of rock n' roll, including "Tutti-Frutti," "Long Tall Sally" and "Good Golly, Miss Molly."
