Ryan Marshall, aged 41, is the CEO of homebuilder PulteGroup Inc. since September 2016. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as PulteGroup's President with responsibility for the company's homebuilding operations as well as its marketing and strategy departments. PulteGroup was founded in 1950.
