Friday, Books-A-Million Inc. (BAMM) announced the resignation of Sandra Cochran as president, chief executive officer and director to accept a position with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc.
The company noted that Clyde Anderson will continue as its chairman, and will become its chief executive officer.
