InterDigital Inc. Has Dropped Below A Trading Range

The U.S. International Trade Commission issued a notice on Friday, October 16, 2009 that it reviewed in part the Initial Determination by the Chief Administrative Law Judge in the investigation initiated by InterDigital Inc. (IDCC) against Nokia, and found no violation of Section 337 and has terminated the investigation.

InterDigital Inc. gapped open sharply lower Monday and has continued to decline on strong volume. Shares are now down 4.32 at $20.12 and have dropped below a 2-month range. InterDigital has fallen to over an 11-month low.
