Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. (SNI) said it named Lori Hickok executive vice president of finance for the company's Lifestyle Media operating division. She will simultaneously retain her title and responsibilities as senior vice president of finance for the parent company.
Further, James Clayton has been named executive vice president of planning and strategy for the Lifestyle Media operating division.
As the operating division's executive vice president of finance, Hickok will direct internal financial processes, including management reporting, budgeting and long-range strategic planning. Her responsibilities will include developing and implementing companywide financial policies. In her role with the parent company, Hickok will continue to oversee all finance functions, including external reporting, treasury and tax matters.
Clayton, as executive vice president of planning and strategy, will oversee the development of long-range strategic plans for Scripps Networks brands and will manage the Lifestyle Media business segment's annual planning cycle, including operating and capital budgets. He also will provide analysis and decision support for capital allocation decisions within the operating division.
