Ringo Starr And All-Starr Band Ready To Hit Road

Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band will kick off their upcoming tour in June with a two-night stand in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Starr and his band will play 17 more dates in a little over a month, stopping at theaters across the country, before wrapping up with an August 7 performance in Los Angeles.

Ringo's 11th edition of his All-Starr Band includes guitarist Rick Derringer, bassist Richard Page, guitarist Wally Palmar, keyboardist/saxophonist Edgar Winter, keyboardist Gary Wright and drummer Gregg Bissonette.

The group will be supporting Starr's 15th album, Y Not, which hit shelves in January. The effort's lead single, "Walk With You," features vocals from former Beatles bandmate Paul McCartney, who also plays bass on the track "Peace Dream."
