Shares of Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MIRM) are climbing about 6 percent on Wednesday morning after the company announced the pricing of its offering of $600.0 million of convertible senior notes due 2032 in a private placement.

The company's shares are currently trading at $113.50 on the Nasdaq, up 6.19 percent. The stock opened at $108.00 and has climbed as high as $114.89 so far in today's session. Over the past year, it has traded in a range of $42.89 to $114.89.
