RDF Group plc (RFG.L) announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2008, reporting a loss of £69 thousands or 0.64 pence per diluted share, compared to a profit of £746 thousands or 6.87 pence per diluted share in the last year.
Before goodwill and exceptional items, the company reported profit of £341 thousands or 3.18 pence per diluted share, compared to profit of £831 thousands or 7.65 pence per diluted share in the prior year.
Operating profit for the period was £162 thousands, fell from £1.2 million in the previous year. Operating profit before goodwill and exceptional items was £747 thousands, down from £1.32 million in the last year.
The company's annual revenues increased to £30.5 million, from £22.23 million in the previous year.
