Wednesday, Thoma Bravo LLC, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Entrust (ENTU). This follows approval of the transaction by Entrust shareholders during a special shareholders meeting held yesterday, the company noted. Entrust shareholders will receive $2.00 per share for each share of common stock they hold. The resulting transaction represents a total equity value of approximately $124 million.
